A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, December 9, 2013 (unofficial until approved at next meeting) at the Matsche Center. All members were present. Also present: Ed Resch, Mitch Block, Ken Karpf , Donald Schmidt
President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Minutes were read and approved.
Bills were read and referred to finance committee. Rew/VanOrder m/s/c to approve vouchers. Roll call vote - all yes
Trustee Block will be meeting with representative from SEH for GPS instruction.
The bid from McNeil West for ballpark replacement did include dugout.
Dennis Rew is working on a final bill or finance agreement for the Kubota.
A proposal was receive from Marathon County Humane Society for dog control at a cost of $1,200.00 per year.
As we have only 1 dog in Marathon County this is a non-issue.
A lengthy discussion was held on snow plowing conditions in the Village and how to proceed in the future.
The Treasurer reported on the receipts for November.
