| A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, November 11, 2019 | |
| at the Matsche Center. | |
| All members were present. | |
| Also present: Diane Haas | |
| President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. | |
| Pledge of Allegiance was recited. | |
| Diane Haas spoke in regard to students throwing water bottles on residents property. | |
| Minutes were read and approved. | |
| Bills were presented. | |
| Schmidt/Behm m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| Windmill is installed and working. | |
| Fence and landscaping at ball park never got finished, should be on list for first thing in spring. | |
| Nothing new at cell tower. | |
| Attorney has asked for more information on the alley discontuation. | |
| Waiting on a better break down on costs for subdivision projects. | |
| Schmidt/Dombrowski m/s/c to purchase solar speed sign with hardware for $2,899.99. | |
| Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| Complaint received in regard to mess at fireworks store. | |
| One bid was received for snow removal. K & D Construction end loader $125.00 per hour. | |
| Dump truck $100.00 per hour and skid steer $95.00 an hour. Schmidt/Behm m/s/c to accept | |
| bid. Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| Clerk presented budget and tax levy calculations. Ecker/Dombrowski m/s/c to adopt budget | |
| and levy as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| Trustee Schmidt made a suggestion for new signage for dead end streets. | |
| Clerk reported that since our free Wi-Fi has been disconnected, we will need new service | |
| installed for January tax collections . Trustee Schmidt will look into costs. | |
| Nominations for spring election will start December 1. Three trustee positions are up for election. | |

| Trustees Ecker and Schmidt were absent | |
| Also present: Chris Jensen, Diane Haas, Karen Dickman & Ed Resch | |
| President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. | |
| Pledge of Allegiance was recited. | |
| Minutes were read and approved. | |
| Bills were presented. | |
| Behm/R. Resch m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| Cell tower is not hooked up yet and may not be until 2021 due to a hold up at the State Dept. | |
| Hanson Sanitation provided the following estimates for the subdivision – dig ditches $24,750.00, seed & | |
| mulch $12,675.00, culverts $7,285.00 plastic, $8,832.00 galvanized. | |
| Cost for a solar speed sign would be $2,599.00 and a battery one would be $2,399.00. | |
| Behm/Dombrowski m/s/c to adopt resolution to allow treasurer to collect taxes. Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| A complaint was received in regard to animal defecation on other properties. A letter will be sent to owner. | |
