3/8/21 Board minutes

PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING MARCH 8, 2021
A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, March 8, 2021 at the Matsche Center.
All members were present.
Also present: Ed Resch, Tom Gatz, Deputy Chernetski & Jon Block
President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Minutes were read and approved.
Bills were presented.
Resch/Schmidt m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes.
Trustee Dombrowski gave an update on Broadband services.
A review of insurance should be done before next renewal.
Schmidt/Behm m/s/c to vacate all of Castle Place right of way in block 7 and block 10 of the Village of Birnamwood. Roll call vote – all yes.
Review and discussion of Curfew, Truancy and Loitering ordinance. Deputy Chernetski reported on enforcement and also presented other ordinances available to review.
Second complaint received on 260 Maple St. for garbage piles. Letters to be sent for this property & 403 Pearl St.
Receipts were reported for February.
Next meeting March 22 and Spring election April 6th.
