PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING APRIL 27, 2020
A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, April 27, 2020
at the Matsche Center.
All members were present.
Also present: Tom Gatz & Ed Resch.
President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. 
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Oath of Office was issued to Carol Resch & Jody Dombrowski
Minutes were read and approved. 
Bills were presented.
R. Resch/Schmidt m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. 
REI did asbestos testing for $2,500.00. Will cost $600 to remove freon from equipment, also need to remove a mercury
thermometer and light ballists. Bids for asbestos removal were $5,600 from EPS and $8,172 from Mavo Systems. Demo
of building would be approximately $55,000. Still waiting to hear back from Intercity Bank that owns the building. 
Bleachers are done at the ball park, surfacing to be done May 4th. 
Birchwood Pond restocking to be done this week. Cancel contract with Cason in Nov/Dec. 
Bid from Kirk Rucker for Birchwood pathway from shelter to pond $1,800.00.
Cost to repair old copier would have been $550-$650. Bids received from Marco $690.99, Clermont $599.00.  Purchased
from Clermont and all set up.
Flow monitors in sewer lines.
Chris will make a sign for Birnamwood Village Park.
R. Resch/Schmidt m/s/c to approve placement of a tiny geocache on the fence at the ball field. Roll call vote – all yes.

PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING APRIL 13, 2020
A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, April 13, 2020
at the Matsche Center.
All members were present.
Also present: Tom Gatz & Ed Resch.
President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Minutes were read and approved. 
Bills were presented.
Schmidt/Behm m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. 
Behm/Schmidt m/s/c to adopt resolution #20-3-1 to vacate alley. Roll call vote – all yes.
Waiting for results of asbestos testing at Backes Store.
Surface paving at ball park and fencing should be complete by April 22. 5′ will be cut off bleachers so they 
can be moved forward for better visability. Net has been installed on batting cage. 
Bids need to be obtained for ditches and culverts on Corazalla Dr. 
LRIP bid permission will probably not be released until late summer. May need to put blacktoppong project
off until next year to get on calendar and better cost. 
Schmidt/Dombrowski m/s/c to purchase 320 bluegills + delivery at a cost of $500.00. Roll call vote – all yes.
Schmidt/Behm m/s/c to purchase data software for speed sign for $425.00. Roll call vote – all yes.
Bids for tires for Village truck: Brickmer’s $494, Pomp’s $697, Beversdorf $862, Southside Tire $886. 
Tires were purchased from Brickner’s and mounted for $577.84.
Behm/Schmidt m/s/c to hire Green Bay Pipe & Tving for televising 5000′ of sewer pipes for $4,450.00.
Roll call vote – all yes.
Monitors are out in the sewer lines to record data.
A letter will be sent to Shawano Co. in regard to 405 Maple St.
Receipts for March were reported.
