| PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 25, 2019 |
| A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, February 25, 2019 |
| at the Matsche Center. |
| All members were present. |
| Also present: Tom Gatz, Don Schmidt, Ed Resch, Jody Dombrowski, Mark Klumpyan & Vicki Wruck |
| President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. |
| Trustee Ecker verified that the meeting has been posted. |
| Minutes were read and approved. |
| Bills were presented. |
| Burazin/Behm m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. |
| Fence caps for the ball park fence will cost approximately $1,000.00. |
| President Sprague was contacted about solar panels to run the aerators in Birchwood Pond. |
| Behm/C.Resch m/s/c to purchase 10′ Kaleidoscopic Merry-Go-Round for the Village Park |
| for $5,479.00. Roll call vote – all yes. |
| Cason contract was tabled until further options can be researched. |
| Due to the large amount of snow we have been experiencing, the Village of Birnamwood |
| will be temporarily suspending the enforcement of snow/ice removal on residential sidewalks. |
