meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, July 8,
2019 |

Matsche Center. | |

Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. |
| Minutes were
read and approved. |
| Bills were
presented. | |
| Schmidt/Behm
m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. |
| Rueben
Eckardt reported that damage has been made to the fencing along the 3rd base
line, messes left in the |
| dugouts.
Suggest signs should be posted with rules and regulations. Batting cage is in
the process of being |
| constructed.
Volunteers are welcome. |

Resch m/s to scrap old merry-go-round. Motion failed with R. Resch, Ecker
& Diers voting no. |
| C. Resch
abstained. Still looking for someone to install the new merry-go-rounds. |
| Final
contract was received for cell phone tower. Working on permits now. |
| Still
waiting on K & D Constuction for culvert work. |
| No bids
received for blacktop work. |
| School is
waiting for survey before decision made on discontinueing alley way. |
| Suggestion
made for needle box in ball park bathrooms also. |
| Continue
researching security cameras for Village areas. |
| Complaints
received on 405 Maple. |
| Suggestion
made to have a Village Ordinance Compliance Officer. |
| Ecker/Diers
m/s/c to grant picnic licenses to St. Philomena’s and American Legion. Roll
call vote – all yes. |
| ATV/UTV
ordinance should probably revised for speed limits. |
