| A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, December 9, 2019 | |
| at the Matsche Center. | |
| All members were present. | |
| Also present: Chris Jensen & Ed Resch | |
| President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. | |
| Pledge of Allegiance was recited. | |
| Minutes were read and approved. | |
| Bills were presented. | |
| Behm/Schmidt m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| Discussion was held in regard to zoning ordinances and getting updated surveys when properties are sold. | |
| Village will need to install ditches in the subdivision. Property owners in the area will have to decide | |
| what they want to do to aleve the water issues. | |
| Cirrinity connected wi-fi to the Matsche Center. | |
| Front doors need to be repaired as they do not always close properly behind people. | |
| Trustees Resch, Schmidt & Dombrowski will do Chris Jensen’s revue this year. | |
| $7,885.00 was granted from LRIP funds to do repairs on High St. from Birch St. – Wausau St. | |
| Receipts for November were reported. | |
