| A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, February 10, 2020 | |
| at the Matsche Center. | |
| All members were present. | |
| Also present: Tom Gatz, David Dieck & Ed Resch. | |
| President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. | |
| Pledge of Allegiance was recited. | |
| Minutes were read and approved. | |
| Bills were presented. | |
| Schmidt/Dombrowski m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| Discussion was held in regard to park issues and a need for committee meetings to be held regularly. | |
| Trustee Schmidt reported on a need for new flags and costs. | |
| Trustee Dombrowski had questions on final Profit & Loss report submitted for year-end. | |
| Maverick & JuLee Martin will place geocache in spring as weather permits. | |
| Receipts for January were reported. | |
| Ecker/Dombrowski m/s/c to adjourn at 8:10 p.m. | |
