| All members were present. | |
| Also present: Tom Gatz, Chris Jensen, Diane Haas & Ed Resch. | |
| President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. | |
| Pledge of Allegiance was recited. | |
| Minutes were read and approved. | |
| Bills were presented. | |
| Behm/Schmidt m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| Need to start getting spring park projects lined up. | |
| R.Resch/Schmidt m/s/c to allow Jody Dombrowski to take new Board member class and pay fees of $125.00 | |
| Roll call vote – all yes with Dombrowski abstaining. | |
| Proposal to review committees was presented. | |
| Schmidt/Behm m/s/c to purchase 10 POW Flags at $23.00 each and 25 US flags at $10.00 each. | |
| Roll call vote – all yes | |
| Discussion was held in regard to dog running at large on the weekend. | |
| Garbage bid was reviewed. | |
| Complaint of cars parked in roadway. Hinders plowing efforts. | |
| Question was asked in regard to street ordinance not allowing cars to park in front of school. No ordinance on file. | |
