| President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. | |
| Pledge of Allegiance was recited. | |
| Discussion was held in regard to the bill Schmidt & Schulta received for sewer work. | |
| Minutes were read and approved. | |

| Asbestos removal at Backes store done. | |
| DNR has approved ATV/UTV use on bike trail. Needs approval from Shawano County yet. | |

| R. Resch/Schmidt m/s/c to adopt Well Abandonment & Well Operation Permit Ordinance #20-8-2. | |
