| Pledge of Allegiance was recited. | |
| Minutes were read and approved. | |
| Bills were presented. | |
| R.Resch/Schmidt m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| Garbage contract was reviewed. | |
| Klumpyan/Behm m/s/c to set levy. Roll call vote – all yes | |
| Behm/Klumpyan m/s/c to adopt budget. Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| Survey map was signed to split 2 parcels in the Village. | |
| Schmidt/Behm m/s/c to adopt amended Snowmobile Ordinance. Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| Building permit was received from Randy Mahan & utility permit for Mike Hable. | |
| Klumpyan/Behm m/s/c to approve purchase of 2021 Dodge truck for $11,700.00 with trade-in. | |
| Roll call vote all yes with R.Resch voting no. | |
| Schmidt/R.Resch m/s/c to adjourn at 8:40 p.m. | |
