Board minutes 3/22/21
PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING MARCH 22, 2021
A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, March 22, 2021
at the Matsche Center.
All members were present.
Also present: Ed Resch, Tom Gatz & Chris Jensen
President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Minutes were read and approved.
Bills were presented.
Resch/Schmidt m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes.
Merry-go-rounds have been installed in the parks. Ground cover still needs to be installed.
Trustee Schmidt is still checking on fish costs for Birchwood. He will also contact Cason in regard to non-contract
renewal.
Resch/Behm m/s/c to adopt ordinance #21-03-22 Curfew-Truancy-Loitering as written. Roll call vote – all yes.
Schmidt/Dombrowski m/s/c to renew membership with Wisconsin Towns Association. Roll call vote – all yes.
Schmidt/Klumpyan m/s/c to hire Green Bay Pipe & Tving for approximately $4,450.00. Roll call vote – all yes.
Roll call vote – all yes.
Time for the dumpster for yard waste.
Discussion was held in regard to turn around area in the Corazalla sub-division.
Next meeting April 12.
