PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 24, 2020
A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, February 24, 2020
at the Matsche Center.
All members were present.
Also present: Tom Gatz, Chris Jensen, Diane Haas & Ed Resch.
President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Minutes were read and approved.
Bills were presented.
Behm/Schmidt m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes.
Need to start getting spring park projects lined up.
R.Resch/Schmidt m/s/c to allow Jody Dombrowski to take new Board member class and pay fees of $125.00
Roll call vote – all yes with Dombrowski abstaining.
Proposal to review committees was presented.
Schmidt/Behm m/s/c to purchase 10 POW Flags at $23.00 each and 25 US flags at $10.00 each.
Roll call vote – all yes
Discussion was held in regard to dog running at large on the weekend.
Garbage bid was reviewed.
Complaint of cars parked in roadway. Hinders plowing efforts.
Question was asked in regard to street ordinance not allowing cars to park in front of school. No ordinance on file.

PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 10, 2020
A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, February 10, 2020
at the Matsche Center.
All members were present.
Also present: Tom Gatz, David Dieck & Ed Resch.
President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Minutes were read and approved.
Bills were presented.
Schmidt/Dombrowski m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes.
Discussion was held in regard to park issues and a need for committee meetings to be held regularly.
Trustee Schmidt reported on a need for new flags and costs.
Trustee Dombrowski had questions on final Profit &  Loss report submitted for year-end.
Maverick & JuLee Martin will place geocache in spring as weather permits.
Receipts for January were reported.
