Board minutes 10/28/19

PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 28, 2019
A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, October 28, 2019
at the Matsche Center.
Trustees Ecker and Schmidt were absent
Also present: Chris Jensen, Diane Haas, Karen Dickman & Ed Resch
President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. 
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Minutes were read and approved.  
Bills were presented.
Behm/R. Resch m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. 
Cell tower is not hooked up yet and may not be until 2021 due to a hold up at the State Dept. 
Hanson Sanitation provided the following estimates for the subdivision – dig ditches $24,750.00, seed & 
mulch $12,675.00, culverts $7,285.00 plastic, $8,832.00 galvanized. 
Cost for a solar speed sign would be $2,599.00 and a battery one would be $2,399.00.
Behm/Dombrowski m/s/c to adopt resolution to allow treasurer to collect taxes. Roll call vote – all yes. 
A complaint was received in regard to animal defecation on other properties. A letter will be sent to owner. 
Next meeting November 11, 2019.

Board minutes 10/14/19

PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 14, 2019
A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, October 14, 2019
at the Matsche Center.
Trustee Ecker was absent
Also present: Tom Gatz, Chris Jensen, Brian & Brenda Delrow, Randy & Vicki Wruck
President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Minutes were read and approved.  
Bills were presented.
Behm/Dombrowski m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. 
Windmill will be installed November 9th, weather permitting.
Cell tower is up, services not hooked up yet. 
CBS Squared Engineering provided a plan for the water situation in the subdivision. 
R. Resch/Behm m/s/c to follow County ordinance for ATV/UTV’s which would require changing the maximum speed
limit on all designated routes to 35 miles per hour uless posted limit is less. Roll call vote – all yes. 
President Sprague and Trustee Dombrowski researched cost of electronic speed signs. 
Schmidt/R. Resch m/s/c to purchase 3 iTrackers for $7,735.00. Roll call vote – all yes. 
Discussion was held in regard to use of the Matsche Center for classes. Board approves such uses. 
Receipts for September were reported.
Next meeting October 28th.
