| at the Matsche Center. |
| All members were present. |

| President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. |
| Trustee Diers verified that the meeting has been posted. |
| Becky Yonker spoke in regard to the sewer backup in her basement. |
| Jody Dombrowski asked if it is allowable to create a berm in her yard to direct water flow. |
| Minutes were read and approved. |
| Cost of water meter for bulk sales will be approximately $600 less. |
| Bills were presented. |
| Burazin/Behm m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. |
| Cost of publication for assessor’s plat is $1,733.40. |
| Chris looked around and we can get 2 8′ Merry-go-rounds for the same cost of 1 10′. |
| Cell tower is looking at costs for base of tower. No contract has been signed yet. |
| Draft of ATV/UTV ordinance was presented. Discussion was held and few changes |
| will be made before adoption. |
| Cason contract will be signed with the exception of services totaling $390.00. |
| LRIP grant received for High St. Work to be done this summer. |
| Sewer main lining will be done on Birch St., Church St., and State Rd. |
| Sewer pipe broke near the manhole on Hwy 45. Hanson doing the repairs. |
| President Sprague explained the discharge fee from the DNR. |

| Trustee Ecker verified that the meeting has been posted. |
| Tom Kautza informed the Board that Alliant would be doing work at the sub-station. Also inquired if the Village |
| would be having fireworks this year. |

| Assessor’s Plat has been published in paper. |
| Merry-go-round purchase put on hold. Look for a local source to avoid large shipping fees. |
| Cell phone tower crew is looking into dewatering the area for the new tower. |
| Trees have been trimmed on Forest St. |
| Cason contract needs to be revised before signing. |
| President Sprague advised the Board that we need to start thinking about hiring another employee. |
| Financial aspects and work need should be considered. |

| Cason contract was tabled until further options can be researched. |
| Due to the large amount of snow we have been experiencing, the Village of Birnamwood |
| will be temporarily suspending the enforcement of snow/ice removal on residential sidewalks. |

| Tom Gatz questioned gas tax applied at Remington Oil as we are tax exempt. |
| Trustee Ecker verified that the meeting has been posted. |

| Don Schmidt researched information for aeration windmills. |
| Broadband was held prior to this meeting. Shawano County has grant funds in which to expand services to |
| outlying areas in the County per Dennis Heling Chief Economic Dev. Officer. Mark Dodge of Bertram Internet |
| was also in attendance as well as Scott Nyman of Wittenberg Telephone Co. Residents can contact anyone of |
| them with questions in regard to their personal internet needs. 18 members of the public were present. |
| Clerk is to contact Remington Oil about obtaining road fuel tax exemption. |
| The Head Librarian for the school asked for $295.00 to reupholster 6 chairs and a bench in the library. Burazin/ |
