| Behm/Schmidt m/s/c to approve bills as presented. Roll call vote – all yes. | |
| Need to start getting spring park projects lined up. | |
| R.Resch/Schmidt m/s/c to allow Jody Dombrowski to take new Board member class and pay fees of $125.00 | |
| Roll call vote – all yes with Dombrowski abstaining. | |
| Proposal to review committees was presented. | |
| Schmidt/Behm m/s/c to purchase 10 POW Flags at $23.00 each and 25 US flags at $10.00 each. | |
