4/25/22 Board minutes

PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING APRIL 25, 2022
A regular meeting of the Birnamwood Village Board was held on Monday evening, April 25, 2022 at the Matsche Center.
All members were present.
Also present: Tom Gatz, Chris Jensen
President Sprague called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
Jody Dombrowski received the oath of office.
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Minutes were read and approved.
Bills were presented.
R. Resch/Behm m/s/c to approve bills. Roll call vote – all yes.
A partial bid was received from PSI Concrete. More information is needed.
Still waiting for papers from Attorney.
Chris will notify waste haulers that we will no longer take waste as of May 1st.
2 applications have been received. Committee will set up interviews.
Questions asked if fish are needed for pond and if speed sign is out.
25 letters were delivered for delinquent water bills.
Board of Review will be April 28, 4:00-6:00 p.m.
Building permits were received from Terry Lake, Jesse Cummings, Randy Mahan, Mark Klumpyan
Dumpster has been delivered for yard waste.
Next meeting May 9, 2022
